In order to pre-qualify you for funding, the survey asks for personal information including your age, marital status, household size, and other information. We only ask questions that help us determine your eligibility, and we don't ask you to provide your contact information until after the survey.
After the survey, if you pre-qualify for free tuition, books, and/or fees, we use your contact information along with your survey answers to prepare your potential award.
