Use of Mascots, Athletic Logos and Spirit Marks

Slater the Gator

Slater the Gator is the Green River College mascot. Photographs of Slater must be used in combination with the College logo to fully support our brand. Slater should not be used in combination with the Gator Logo.

Green River Gators Spirit Mark

The Green River College Gators logo is the primary spirit mark. This logo should only be used for athletics, student-sponsored events and merchandise explicitly offered to students enrolled in Green River College.

The Gator Spirit Mark

The Gator symbol is Green River College’s athletics secondary spirit mark. The Gator logo should not be used in conjunction with any other word mark, spirit mark or subordinate logo.

The RAC Logo

The RAC logo may only be used in for merchandise and services offered at the Recreation and Athletics Center. The RAC logo should not be used in conjunction with any other word mark, spirit mark or subordinate logo.

The RAC logo must be reproduced from high-resolution digital artwork. Please contact Creative Services (ext. 2301) to obtain artwork for use on an approved document.

Provide plenty of space around logos, spirit marks and word marks. Make them big, make them small, just give them the chance to breathe and not feel cluttered.
