Moving to ctcLink

On October 25, Green River College is launching a new student self-service portal and mobile app that provides an improved user experience. Your college services will be easier to navigate and use.

As we prepare, many services for students will be closed or have reduced hours in the weeks to come.

Some services will be offline from Oct. 4 - 22  because of the upgrade. Online classes and face-to-face classes will meet as scheduled.

We appreciate your patience as we work toward creating a better student experience. Individual department hours are available at greenriver.edu/campus/hours/

Please note: Classes will operate as usual in Canvas. For assistance with IT questions related to student email, Canvas, Microsoft Office applications, and more, please contact the GRC Student Help Desk.

What Will ctcLink Allow You To do?

Let's get started! Activate your account today!

  1. Activate your Account
  2. Verify your Personal Information for Accuracy

      • It is highly suggested that GRC students list their GRC email as their preferred email address.
    • Verify and Update Personal Details/Names
      • Note: Your vaccination information will appear in ctcLink by early November. Please do not resubmit your vaccination verification or exemption request through ctcLink.
      • Note: There is currently no access to your financial aid in ctcLink for Academic Year 2021-22 (Fall 2021, Winter 2022 & Spring 2022). This does NOT mean that there is an issue with your aid or that your application is missing. All current information about your aid, status, and application can continue to be found in the Financial Aid Portal, accessed from the Financial Aid page.
  3. Download the Mobile ctcLink App
    • There's a ctcLink app! Search the app store (iPhone) or play store (Android) on your mobile device for “ctcLink” to download and install this free app today. After you activate your ctcLink account, you’ll be able to access ctcLink directly through your mobile device using this app.
    • You must activate your ctcLink account before using the mobile app or its web-based version.
