By Philip Denman, June 18, 2021

In addition to our virtual commencement ceremony, Green River College hosted CARmmencement, a limited time and capacity opportunity for students to celebrate on the Green River College Campus.

To commemorate the student’s accomplishment, graduates were able to exit their vehicle and proceed across a stage to receive a Green River College scroll from GRC President Suzanne Johnson, while being cheered on by family, friends, GRC faculty, staff, Board of Trustees and administrators. In total, 250 graduates walked across the stage over the two day event.

GRC's virtual commencement ceremony will air at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 18. It can be watched at commencement.greenriver.edu, or on the College's YouTube or Facebook.
