Update on GRC’s preparations related to the novel coronavirus

President Suzanne Johnson provides a campus update regarding the coronavirus, COVID-19. "The safety of our students, faculty and staff is our priority. Currently, no members of the Green River College community have been diagnosed with COVID-19... In an abundance of caution, we are preparing as we would for any other potentially disruptive situation, such as a natural disaster."

Help Us Support Our Students to College and Career Success | Op-ed

Suzanne M. Johnson and Alan Spiciatti, superintendent, Auburn School District, recently published an op-ed in the Seattle Times asking the King County Council to invest 40% of Puget Sound Taxpayer Accountability Account (PSTAA) funds to create a student support system that spans high school to college to career pathways and delivers post-secondary credentials at the levels now required by our economy.
