*In order to pre-qualify you for funding, the survey asks for information including your age, marital status, household size, and monthly household income. The survey only poses questions that help Workforce Education staff determine your eligibility for funding. All your answers are private, and you won’t be asked to provide your name and contact information unless you choose to sign up for a funding workshop.
