Administrative Assistant, AAA
The Administrative Assistant program helps students learn the skills needed to work
in an office. Students will learn how to use computers, write emails, answer phones,
and help with office tasks. This program prepares students for jobs in schools, businesses,
or hospitals as helpful and organized office workers.

Certificate Options

Administrative Assistant Certificate
Earning an Administrative Assistant Certificate will prepare the student for employment
as an office worker in an entry-level position. These credits can be applied to any
Business Technologies and Administrative Careers degree program.
Length of Program: 55-60 credits

Administrative Assistant - Data Entry
These classes may be applied toward the two-year Associate in Applied Arts degree.
Students in this program must complete each class with a grade of 2.0 or higher.
