At Green River College, your safety, health, and academic success are our top priorities.
Information on this page will help prepare you for the winter quarter. We've also created a short video focusing on what you can expect.

Similar to Fall and Summer, the majority courses will be delivered virtually, with exceptions made for programs approved by Washington State's Campus Reopening Guide.

Note: If the teaching modality listed in the class schedule changes before the start of fall quarter, students will be notified by their instructor as soon as possible.

Receiving financial aid? Be sure to set your refund preference by visiting Bank Mobile.

Registration Access Time
Find your registration access time to register for your classes. You may register during this time or anytime after.
Degree Audit
Complete a degree audit to find which classes are requied for your degree or certificate program.

Use the class finder to help find open classes, course times, and prerequisite information.
Advising Tips
Students are strongly encouraged to work with their assigned advisor to create or review their educational plan PRIOR to their registration access time.

Green River College has several advising offices and faculty on campus to assist you with goal exploration, degree planning, and quarterly class selection.

Career Services serves students, alumni, and the community by helping students clarify career goals, offering resources, partnering with faculty and linking employers with students to help launch their career.
Green River College has been allocated funds from the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act to provide emergency financial aid grants.

The Student Help Desk (SHD) is available through Green River College Virtual Assistance, or by calling 253-833-9111, ext. 2115 and leaving a message. The SHD can assist with with IT questions related to student email, Canvas, Microsoft Office applications, and more.
Please note: The SHD Virtual Assistance lobby is currently closed until September 14. Voicemails are being monitored during normal business hours. Starting September 14 SHD hours will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. On September 21, the first day of fall quarter, SHD hours will change to 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
