Ultimate Auction $1500 

  • Large banquet room combo with stage and audio-visual equipment
  • Tables, chairs and linens for seating up to 250 
  • Twenty-five six-foot tables* to display auction items
  • Audio-visual consultation with technician prior to event
  • On-site event coordinator and audio-visual technician **
  • Four hour set up; five hour event time; one hour breakdown time
  • * Table linens available in a variety of colors at $3.00 per linen
  • **Additional technician charges may apply

Auction and Fundraising Add-Ons: 

  • Marketplace Space for reception or silent auction (Includes 20 six-foot tables*) $200
  • Additional tables, chairs, and linen for for parties of 251 to 450 for $1.00 per person
  • Additional Set-Up/Breakdown Time $50 per hour; Additional Event Time $150 per hour
  • Upgraded AV options- priced accordingly.
