Ross Jennings
Senior Director of International Education
I believe that international education not only maximizes the potential of individuals, but contributes toward a better, more interconnected world. In addition to running our program at Green River, I work with educational agencies, school officials, former students, interested individuals, and government functionaries to recruit international students to Green River and develop programs we might offer abroad.
Our program presently hosts over 1,600 international students from about 64 countries. We work closely with a number of universities and high schools in articulated programs leading to transfer to top 100 world universities all over the United States.
A little personal information: I earned my bachelor's degree in history from the University of California at Santa Barbara and have master's degrees in education from Stanford University; in Middle Eastern studies from the University of Washington; and in business from the University of Oklahoma. I served in the Peace Corps in Morocco and worked as a teacher and oil company representative in Saudi Arabia and Iran. I also studied abroad in Beirut, Cairo, and Shanghai.
We believe that providing outstanding education to students is the beating heart of everything we do, and we are happy to cooperate with educational partners who believe likewise in the spirit of mutual benefit. I am happy to hear from potential educational partners, prospective students, former students, and friends.
