First Term Fees
- International Student Success (IP 1) class fee (one-time fee for new academic students): $200
- Foundation for Success (IP 11) class fee (one-time fee for new Intensive English students): $200
Payment Due Dates
- Intensive English Program tuition is due by the first day of each term. See Dates & Deadlines
- Academic Students:
- New academic students (first term) must pay by the first day of the term. See Dates & Deadlines
- After the first term, academic students must pay by the tuition due date as published on the Tuition & Fees page.

- Payments must be made in full by the due date to avoid class cancellation.
- International students are not eligible for Payment Plans.

Payment Methods - 3 Ways to Pay:
1. Flywire - online international and domestic payments on behalf of Green River College. This is the preferred method of payment. (If you do not have a student ID number (EMPLID), enter IP123456.)
2. Bank Wire Transfer - for our bank information request an invoice at the link below:
3. In person or by phone at the Cashier's Office - call +1-253-288-3399 (Monday to Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm PT). You must have a student ID number (EMPLID) to pay at the Cashier's Office. Email

Refund Policy
The $50 application fee is non-refundable. The $375 housing placement fee is refundable upon request if the student cancels the application 2 weeks prior to Housing/Move-in-Day or does not use the I-20 to enter the U.S. To request a refund, please email international@greenriver.edu.
Prepayment Policy
In order to ensure that applicants have the ability to finance their education in the US, Green River College reserves the right to require pre-payment of one term of tuition for students applying from countries experiencing severe economic difficulty.
