A Social Media Specialist, or Social Media Marketing Specialist, is responsible for overseeing one or more social media accounts for a business. Their duties include managing social media content and scheduling, creating and engaging with the community, and moderation of all public forums, and coordinating with other professionals to determine how to market a brand and its products or services using social media.
