Helping Small Business in Our Community Succeed
The Green River College Small Business Center houses both the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). Both are designed to offer advising to improve the profitability of independent businesses in South King and North Pierce Counties.
SBDC offers assessment, referral services, financial analysis and one-on-one business planning at no cost to small business owners and managers. Additional informative workshops may also be available at a low cost to participants.
PTAC assists small businesses to find, bid on and win government contracts by offering free individual counseling services, workshops and other support services to Washington State based businesses.
Start-Up Orientation Session
Attend a Small Business Start-Up Orientation to identify the steps to start a new business, as well as learn more about the resources the SBDC and PTAC may be able to provide to you. There is no cost to attend this session, but advanced registration is required.
