Lindsey Morris
I have worked at Green River since 2007 in various positions. I started as a student in the CLEO program, then continued working part-time in Running Start while I completed my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. After learning that wasn’t the right career for me, I started my Green River career in Recruitment & Outreach. From my experience in Outreach, I developed a passion for student access and helping students succeed. I earned her master’s degree in 2012 and became an advisor in Running Start in fall 2013. I also fill my weekends training for half marathons and spending time with my two boys.

Natalie Ramsey
I completed high school at Everett Community College as an adult student and continued on with an Associate degree program before transferring to the UW to study Art. I continued to study Art at Parson’s School of Design in New York before returning to Seattle to complete a Masters in Education at Antioch University. I have worked in a variety of educational settings throughout my career including: behavioral health, social services and K-12 education in schools. I live with my granddaughter in Tacoma where I am restoring a Victorian house in the Hilltop neighborhood and working in my art studio.

Kyle Stevenson
I began working at Green River College in 2017 as an adjunct instructor in the Social Science Division. I joined the Running Start Office in 2021. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and have a master’s degrees from the University of Oregon and the University of California Riverside. I love the opportunity to do long-term planning with Running Start students and see how plans change or crystalize as students navigate their path at Green River and beyond. I love being outdoors with my family and watching my favorite sports teams.

Devan Bickham
Hello! My name is Devan. I was born in Hammond Louisiana and raised in West/South Seattle. I thoroughly enjoy weight lifting, video games, and drive-in movies. If I don't make you laugh within 5 mins of us meeting then I'm doing something wrong. I'm an extremely nice guy so don't be afraid to reach out if you need anything!

Octavio Garcia-Ruiz
I was born in California and have been living in Washington since the age of 6. I attended Central Washington University and ended up working in various roles directly with students which became a passion. Prior to joining GRC I was at the University of Washington Tacoma. On my free time I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Rosaline Palaita
My name is Rosaline and I serve our Running Start students as the front desk lead. Before joining our Running Start Team, I began my journey with GRC via our Kent Campus as a Program Coordinator and have had the honor of working with students since 2017 here at Green River College. During my free time I love spending time with my family, watching football and trash talking Seahawks fans as a San Francisco 49er Faithful! #GoNiners

Victoria Chandler
I grew up in the Auburn community. I have worked with students in the Kent and Auburn School Districts and community since 2007 in various supportive roles. Some of my experiences include office support, being a marching band coach, and a school bus driver to name a few. I completed my bachelor's degree recently from one of Green River's BAS programs. When I am not at work, I will be out hiking on trails, playing tabletop games with friends, out in my garden, or playing musical instruments with my friends.

Jenny Irwin
Hello! My name is Jenny. I joined Running Start in 2022. But I learned about it much earlier when my own kids attended Green River in the Running Start Program. Previously I was a computer programmer, a paraeducator in special education and in an elementary library. I love reading, cats, spending time in nature, and yarn/fiber arts such as knitting, spinning yarn and weaving.

Nehha Hussain
Hello, I am a Running Start Program Coordinator. Before GRC I worked at Highline College as a Career Consultant for Career and Transfer. I am currently a student at CWU pursuing a Bachelor’s in psychology. I was once a running start student at Highline, and now I work in the running start office. Kinda cool. I have a little black cat named Gio. I like all things food; I am always hungry. When you drop by our office, I’ll be the first person you see behind the desk.
