Welcome to Counseling Services FAQ!

College can be a lot — exciting, stressful, confusing, and everything in between. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, going through something tough, or just want someone to talk to, we're here for you. Our counselors are friendly, supportive, and ready to help with whatever you're dealing with — no problem is too big or too small. This FAQ page answers common questions about what we do, how to get started, and what to expect. Take a look, and remember: you're not alone, and it’s always okay to ask for support.

We offer first-come, first-serve in-person and virtual Drop-In counseling (see this site for details). You can also email or call us to schedule a consultation.
