Check-in With Yourself
Check-in With Yourself is a free, anonymous, online tool designed to:
- Help you reflect and provide some perspective on how you are feeling and how you tend to cope.
- Provide information on what other young adults are feeling and doing, including stats like what % feel lonely, drink alcohol, or use marijuana.
- Tips and suggestions for managing stress and improving well-being.
- A list of resources if you need more support.
The feedback provided by Check-in With Yourself is tailored to you and your experiences based on answers to just a few questions.
Throughout the process, you’ll be provided links to resources like videos, articles, and more. You can save the ones you want to a custom list.
Check-In With Yourself takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. You will be provided feedback and resources throughout the questionnaire; you do not have to wait until the end.
