Resident Assistant

A Resident Assistant (RA) is a student leader that oversees an area within CCA to help with your transition to college life. You can become one of these leaders and make a difference for other students by forming meaningful relationships with students within your community and connecting them to each other and campus resources while building your own leadership skills

Desk Assistant

A Resident Assistant (DA) is a student leader supports the operations of the CCA main office. The DA role supports leadership growth and skill development by forming meaningful relationships with students as you answer their questions and help them solve problems to make their experience at CCA better.

Residence Hall Association

RHA represents the voice of all on-campus students by recommending policies and procedures. RHA is made up of students who also want to put on programming and engagement opportunities for CCA Residents. Through RHA, you can get involved in a number of leadership positions and committees as well as get connected to CCA professional staff.

Student Maintenance Worker

The Facilities Team at CCA takes great pride in the service we provide our residents and understand the contribution we make to enhancing the student experience. Student housing maintenance is not just about fixing the things that are broken, but also about education and impacting the community in a positive and supportive manner. As a Student Maintenance Assistant you will be given the opportunity to learn and strengthen skills through hands on experience while making a difference for others by forming meaningful relationships with students within your community. The CCA Facilities Team understands Student Maintenance Assistants are students first and offers flexible scheduling to allow you to work around your classes and studies.
