Policy
The president shall ensure the fiscal integrity and public image of the College with respect to compensation and benefits to employees, consultants, or contract workers. Accordingly, the president shall not do the following:
- Change his, or her, own compensation and benefits.
- Promise or imply permanent or guaranteed employment beyond that authorized by contract or law.
