Associate in Biology, DTA/MRP
Encompasses general education courses required of first and second-year students and
is intended to prepare students planning to transfer to a university in Biology. Give
students the broad background needed before beginning more specialized, upper-division
courses.
Length of Program: 90 Credits, 6 quarters, 2 years

Associate in Science Transfer Track 1 Biology
Emphasizes research methods, data collection and analysis, the scientific method,
and research. Curriculum relies upon an inquiry-driven approach and prepares students
for transfer into four-year institutions and careers in biotechnology, medicine, microbiology,
zoology, wildlife, botany, and education.
