Money & Banking

All program costs are covered including your meals, transportation to and from the College, and program-sponsored field trips and activities. All required textbooks and reading materials will be provided for you. Additionally, you will receive an allowance that facilitates the purchase of additional books during your stay.

The program provides you with a small stipend to cover incidental costs. In addition you will receive an allowance to support some of your meals/snacks when you are away from home and on the study tours; however, most meals will be provided.

You will be responsible for all personal expenses such as the purchase of souvenirs.

It is recommended that any money you bring with you be in the form of bank (ATM) cards or credit cards. Major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) are widely accepted throughout the United States. Automated teller machines (ATMs) are also widely available and allow you to withdraw cash from your personal bank at home. Please confer with your bank before departure.
