New Global Employment Service for Green River Students

By Ross Jennings, Senior Director of International Education, April 1, 2021

Green River students and graduates can now receive high-quality employment assistance in the United States or anywhere in the world. This assistance will be offered by Interstride, a US leader in employment services tailored specifically for international students.

Green River students and graduates will receive real-time job and internship postings in the US and all over the world. They will also be offered networking opportunities, webinars and workshops, visa support, and a number of other resources and services. Green River students can sign on as soon as they first start at the college, building job-finding skills, resumes, and networks that will be very useful in finding optional practical training (OPT) opportunities, internships, or full-time jobs after university graduation. Green River graduates can use these services as well.

Interstride has an impressive list of clients, including Harvard, Stanford, Duke, USC, and over 100 other universities. Green River is the first two-year college to offer this service to its students. We look forward to helping Green River students find satisfying careers long after they graduate from our college!

If you are a current student or alumni, we invite you to check it out. You can use your Green River email address to log in to Interstride at: https://student.interstride.com/login. If you no longer have access to your Green River email address, please contact us at international@greenriver.edu.
