The Green River to California Gap Year program is designed to provide a nine month (September to May) learning experience at two colleges on the west coast of the United States. Students spend the first quarter at Green River College (September - December) and then 1 semester (January - May) at Santa Barbara City College.

Admission Requirements
- Completed application
- Financial statement
- Secondary school graduate or 18+ years of age
- English proficiency is required for direct placement into the academic program.
- SBCC Health Insurance required - $625 per semester
