Green River College was founded in 1965 and is a government-funded college located near Seattle. We have a beautiful campus filled with tall evergreen trees, the perfect environment for study. Our top goal is student success. We serve more than 8,000 students, with over 1,600 international students from 67 countries. Green River is ranked #8 in international student enrollment among 2-year colleges in the United States (IIE, 2016-2017) and has received many other awards and distinctions such as the prestigious Paul Simon Award for Internationalization and grant.
