Admission Requirements

Must Be Fully Complete

  1. Apply to Green River College: Getting Started. Once an application is submitted, a ctcLink identification (ID) number will be issued through the email the applicant applied with.
  2. Must be 18 Years of age or older within 3 months of program completion. 
    • Must be 18+ years of age for licensure. 
  3. Must possess valid governement issued photo ID. 
  4. You must also submit the phlebotomy online application to be considered for the phlebotomy program.

Please note that the Washington State Department of Health requires completion of high school for the phlebotomy credential. 

Program runs quarterly. Courses are open until filled.
