Eligibility to Apply

Must Be Fully Complete

  1. Apply to Green River College: Getting Started. Once an application is submitted, a ctcLink identification (ID) number will be issued through the email the applicant applied with.
  2. Must be 18 Years of age or older prior to graduation date and licensure
  3. You must also submit the phlebotomy online application to be considered for the phlebotomy program.
  4. Students must score 61 or higher on the College Success Assessment to be placed at Transitional Students Level 3 (TS Level 3).
    • If placed in TS Level 3, students are required to join the I-BEST program.
    • Placement testing must be done through the College's Placement & Testing Center.
    • Directed Self Placement cannot be used for placement.

Program runs quarterly. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served bases. Students who submit the completed application, with all required documents will be admitted to the program after receipt.
