Event proposal forms are required for ALL GRC Club, Organization and Student Life
events, including: on-campus or off-campus events, official club/org involvement in
community-organized events, or parties.
Please complete the form below and fully as possible to begin your process toward
receiving event approval! Following this form submission, Student Life staff will
reach out to inform you of next steps in the approval process.
