Priority Application Deadlines

Student Housing maintains the same priority deadlines for current and future residents to complete their leasing process.

Renewal Intentions: Current residents may extend their housing agreement in the following ways:

  • The next quarter | If they only hold a quarter only agreement.
  • The next academic year.

Important:

  • Residents who do not complete their renewal leasing process by the Priority Deadline may still renewal their housing agreement but may be relocated to a new room assignment if space is available.
  • Current residents who hold a quarter only housing agreement can only modify their agreement in Winter and Spring Quarters to reflect an Academic Year Agreement.

Future Residents: Future residents must complete their housing leasing process by the deadline. This includes completing their housing application, successfully paying their housing application fee, and completing their E-Sign leasing agreement.

Spring Term Priority Deadline: January 30, 2026
Academic Year 2026-2027 Renewal for CURRENT residents
May 4 -15; Renewal Deadline: May 15, 2026

Summer Housing is available to eligible students who meet the following:

  1. Have a signed Student Housing Agreement for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.
  2. Will complete their coursework at GRC during Summer Quarter 2026, or,
  3. Have a summer job or academic internship at GRC.
