Housing payment is due on move in day prior to being issued keys. Residents may make this payment in advance via their Resident Portal or in accordance with any pre-approved payment accommodation approved by the Student Housing Office.
Summer Housing is available to students who meet the following:
- Have a signed Student Housing agreement for the 2026-2027 Academic Year
- Will complete their coursework at GRC during Summer Quarter 2026
- Have a summer job or academic internship at GRC
