Which application should I complete?

I am an eligible non-citizen with an Arrival-Departure Record (I-94) from the Department of Homeland Security showing one of the following:

• Refugee
• Asylum Granted
• Indefinite Parole
• Humanitarian Parole
• Cuban-Haitian Entrant 

I am a citizen of one of the following:

• the Republic of Palau (PW)
• the Republic of the Marshall Islands (MH)
• the Federated States of Micronesia (FM)

I do not meet one of the above statuses, but 

1. I have graduated from a Washington high school or obtained the equivalent of a diploma (for example, the GED®) and
2. I have lived in Washington for three calendar years (36 months) prior to, and continuously since, earning the high school diploma or equivalent.

OR

I hold Deferred Action for Child Arrival (DACA) status (expired or unexpired) from US Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS), and I or my parent/guardian (if a dependant) have lived in the state of Washington for at least one year prior to my enrollment in college.
