Yoga w/ Sofie
Description: The perfect zen session for yoga beginners. Yoga promotes flexibility, balance, core strength, stress relief, and many more benefits!  

7 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
MixxedFit w/ Essence
Description: MixxedFit is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot-camp toning. 

 

Tuesdays

3 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Bachata/Salsa w/ Peggy
Description: Bachata is a style of social dance from the Dominican Republic which is now danced all over the world. It is associated with Bachata music. 

4 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Arnis w/ Mike
Description: Arnis is a serious form of self defense but it is often seen as a sport. It uses almost all hand techniques, striking and
parrying and depends strongly on strategy.

5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Pilates w/ Meghan
Description: Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility 

 

Wednesdays

3 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Afro Beat Dance w/ Sharon
Description: Afro Beat is a genre that blends West African musical styles with jazz, soul, funk, and in more contemporary tracks like electronic music is associated with Bachata music. 

4 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Advanced Arnis w/ Mike
Description: Arnis is the national martial art sport of Philippines. It is also known as Eskrima and Kali. This sport actually emphasizes weapon based fighting.

5 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Thursdays

3 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Pop Lock Funk w/ Blue
Description: The class will start with the foundation of the styles. You can also learn how to combine locking and popping in a routine. We also have musicality training. Don't hesitate! Just come on in and join today!

4 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Description: Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music with a wide range of styles primarily breaking.

All classes free for GRC students. Classes occur in RAC's Dance Studio. No registration required; you only need to arrive at the listed class time!
