Mondays

3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Intro to Weightlifting w/ Megumi (occurs in RAC Fitness Center)
Description: Description: The four main benefits of weightlifting are improved strength, increased muscle mass and metabolism, improved coordination and improved bone mineral density.

6 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) w/ Fabiola
Description: By working at a high intensity for a variety of seconds, and having short breaks in between each repetition, the body is forced to burn major areas of fat, enhance hormonal response, activate the cardiovascular system, and, strengthen and increase endurance.

7 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.
POUND w/ Essence
Description: Pound is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat -dripping fun of playing
drums! 

 

Tuesdays

4 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Arnis w/ Mike
Description: Arnis is a serious form of self defense but it is often seen as a sport. It uses almost all hand techniques, striking and
parrying and depends strongly on strategy.

5 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Yoga w/Chervyn
Description: The perfect zen session for yoga beginners. Yoga promotes flexibility, balance, core strength, stress relief, and many more benefits!

 

Wednesdays

3 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.
Lock & Funk w/ Blue
Description: Locking is by nature an improvisational dance but also consists of a set of signature moves. Many lockers alter or
blend these with other moves or create their own variations.

4 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
(Intermediate) Hip Hop Dance w/ Patrick
Description: Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hiphop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking.

6 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.

Bachata w/ Peggy
Description: Bachata is a style of social dance from the Dominican Republic which is now danced all over the world. It is
associated with bachata music.

4 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Afro Beat Dance w/ Sharon
Description: Afrobeat is a genre that blends West African musical styles with jazz, soul, funk and, in more contemporary tracks,

5 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
