We are thrilled to announce an exciting new housing opportunity designed for Green River international students. Green River College has secured 30 beds in a variety of units at a newly built apartment complex. Divine Court Apartments is conveniently nestled in the heart of downtown Auburn.
Highlights:
- New Modern Apartments with secure key card access into building.
- Accommodation Options: Choose from a range of options, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, thoughtfully designed to accommodate two students per bedroom.
- Affordable Pricing: Prices range from $1175 to $1275 per month per person, with rates varying based on unit size and configuration.
- Special Move-In Offer: $300 housing application fee waived for international students who select Divine Court Apartments as their accommodation of choice for spring quarter.
- Individual Leases: Enjoy the flexibility of an individual lease.
- Fully Furnished Units including bed, linens (sheets, pillow, towel), desk, and kitchen items (pots, pans, and plates).
- All Utilities Included
- Monthly Cleaning in common areas inside each unit
- Laundry (Washer/Dryer) inside each unit
- Community Amenities: Open-air courtyard, common lounge, and small fitness center.
