Application Process

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have completed at least 12 college level credits before participating.
  • Students with a GPA of 2.5 or higher are eligible to apply. Transcripts are required.
  • Must be eligible for Engligh 101 or higher.
  • Minimum age is 18 (or 17 with parental permission).
  • If you are not a Green River Student, you may be eligible to apply for this program contingent upon enrollment at GRC for the spring 2024 quarter.

Program Limit
There is a minimum number of 14 students required to run the trip. If the program is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of the program fee and deposit.

There is a maximum capacity limit of 20 students on this program. This is on a "first-come, first-serve" basis and there are no guarantees that a student will be able to participate if the program is full. APPLY EARLY TO HOLD YOUR SPACE.

Program Application

The general online application linked on our study abroad homepage is not applicatble for this program. We have a customized application site for this program only. Jotform Application: GRC Netherlands Program 

This web application will ask you to upload the following documents:

-A personal essay describing your interest in the program

-Names and email addresses of two references who will submit letters of recommendation on your behalf

-An Unofficial transcript showing your cumulative GPA

You may save your work in the application portal and return to your application at a later date.

Application Deadline: January 12, 2024  Extended to February 5, 2024
